- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Jim seemed rushed and annoyed that my son, 3.5 years old wouldn't sit still to have a cavity filled. He was rough with him and kept pulling his mouth open. He used a rude tone with my son when he would wiggle. It took two weeks to get a call back to schedule his appointment since they needed to give my son another form of numbing. When they called to schedule, the original appointment was the wrong thing. Seems like a bunch of incompetence and I will not be taking my 2 children here.
